關於 一場身體的慢性釋放
「分解即是時間的開始。」——歷史學者藤原先生如此寫道。
本作以這句話為引，思考「身體」如何參與一種持續發生的自然循環。我們的肉身不只是行動的工具，而是一種真實的材料——它承載著過去的經驗、壓力與情緒，也會因為環境的變化而慢慢轉變。
作品首次發表時，以糸島的自然環境為背景展開，將身體放進風吹、濕氣與地形構成的場域中；這次，來到都市中，被灰色建築環繞的廣場，觀眾將參與一個過程：在水泥環繞的都市空間，情緒如何透過震動、呼吸、聲音與動作，一點一滴地釋放與鬆動。
「風化行為」在這裡用來形容這樣的狀態：身體在時間與環境中慢慢地變化，讓情緒和經驗被分解、被釋放，進而產生新的感受與理解。這個過程不是毀壞，也不是抗衡，而是一種再連結，讓我們重新感覺與覺知自己與環境之間的關係。
觀眾不是旁觀者，而是這個循環和流動的一部分。可以觀看，也可以在過程中感受到自己身體的共鳴——我們每個人的肉身，都參與著這個「分解－釋放－再生成」的循環。
關於 蘇鈺婷
蘇鈺婷（Lala Sue），小提親創意社創意總監，來自台灣台南的自由藝術工作者，以身體為創作核心，遊走於表演、設計與跨域影像之間。近年專注於「情感身體」的藝術實踐，透過動作、聲音與影像，持續探索感知與表達之間的邊界。作品聚焦於脆弱、鬆動與真實的當下，並以柔軟而直接的語彙，回應虛實角色、自我認同與社群經驗等當代命題。
她的創作與演出作品涵蓋多元風格，包括2023年台南藝術節移動式劇場《穿越時空的訊息》的動作設計、2022年軟硬倍事未來內容原型開發計畫《愛徒：致可溶化的魚》、2020至2021年間台灣歷史博物館《逐工》系列的動作設計，及2020年國家藝術基金會創作補助作品《把愛做掉》的編舞與演出。此外，她也參與國內外多項藝術節及文化交流，如香港不貧窮藝術節《空眠》、柏林藝術交流計劃《Lip/s – selling》，以及台灣燈會和橋頭藝術節等。
在活動策劃方面，蘇鈺婷主導了2023年稻草人現代舞蹈團《結之屋》的行銷策劃與《翻外 舞蹈影展》的品牌策劃，並於2022年負責台灣設計展「設計導入系列活動」的策劃工作。她同時投入校園與社區計畫，擔任國立台南大學社區劇場動作指導教師，並於2020至2023年間策劃《飽渴夢舞蹈創作工作坊》等項目，結合藝術與教育提升社區文化活力。

About A Chronic Release of the Body
Our flesh is not merely a tool for action; it is a tangible material — it carries memories, pressures, and emotions from the past, and it is continually shaped and transformed by the environment.
Audiences will experience a gradual process as emotions, through vibrations, breath, sound, and movement, are slowly released and loosened. Like the weathering of rocks the body, exposed to time and environment, undergoes subtle change, eventually opening pathways to new sensations and understandings. This process is a reconnection — an opportunity to rediscover our relationship with the surrounding world.

Meet the artist
Su Yu Ting (Lala Sue) [Choreographer & Performer]
Lala Sue, Creative Director of Little Ti Chin Creative Studio, is a freelance artist from Tainan, Taiwan. Her work centers on the body, navigating between performance, design, and cross-disciplinary video art. In recent years, she has focused on the artistic practice of “emotional body,” continuously exploring the boundaries between perception and expression through movement, sound, and video. Her work focuses on the vulnerable, loose, and authentic present, responding to contemporary themes such as the interplay of real and virtual roles, self-identity, and community experience with a soft yet direct language.
