Professional Exchange
MCH’s Professional Exchange Program was initiated in 2018, to support cultural workers (including artists) from Asia to have the chance for a multi-week exchange program in another Asian country, hosted by an individual or an organisation who has the right skills and experience to help them develop their personal and professional goals. The participants and the hosts are selected by invitation or open call, depending on each season. MCH works with both parties to establish the goals and the program for the exchange. MCH also facilitates coordination and logistics of the exchange as needed. The Program have been run for three season with 21 cultural workers being supported.
