Skipping Rope & Beer Can (Thomas)

On 22 March 2020, when I returned from Morocco, the Singapore authorities served me a 14 days Stay Home Notice due to Covid-19.
Being an active person who loves running, I was helpless. Luckily my son gave me a skipping rope and said 'try skipping'. Soon I was enjoying my skipping even though I had not skipped since my childhood days. I started skipping about 20 times, soon I was doing 3 sets of 100 times.
Before Stay Home Notice & Circuit Breaker (lockdown), I had my happy hour beer after my run. But during the Covid times, I could only drink canned beer at home after my skipping and exercises.
I am thankful that the skipping rope and the beers kept me sane and fit during Covid-19.
