Originally trained in Thai Khon classical masked dance-theatre, Benjamin is the first and only foreigner to be a professional dancer of this art form. He is based in Bangkok, Thailand, while also regurlarly working on diverse collaborative contemporary dance projects in Laos and beyond Southeast Asia. Interested in bridging East and West through contemporary and traditional, dance and music, focusing on issues related to identity, gender, dualities, transformation and survival.
