Khampalian Nengmongvang (Pia) is the owner of Panhfanh Social Enterprise which supports Laos youth, especially those with talent of art and culture music and dance to follow their dream. She also organizes events to create more opportunities for the youth to show their talent and earn more income.
In 2013, Panhfanh created Hmong traditional khene dance group and made a debut of Hmong traditional Khene Dance just one year later. In 2019 Panhfanh supported young artists to show their talent of painting in Champa booming festival in Champa garden restaurant and Thavisok restaurant that Panhfanh organized Hmong fashion show in Thavisok Restaurant. In 2020 Panhfanh supported young designers in Lao Handicraft Product Contest, our product was selected in top ten for developing to export to Japan and Panhfanh supported Young artists to show their talent of painting on International coffee Day.
