Ngoc is a passionate companion of ethnic minority communities in
Vietnam for the past ten years. She works closely with The Pioneer network to promote voices, agency and self-determination of ethnic minorities development.Ngoc has dedicated her efforts in advocating for ethnic minorities’ customary laws in Land Law Revision, Pioneer Network’s revision of National Target Program on socio-economic development of mountainous areas, and strong advocate for cultural rights of ethnic minorities in cultural industrialization, etc.
