Felicia was born in a Chinese-Indonesian family in Indonesia and came to Taiwan as an international student. All the experience she had growing up has made her have a deep interest in migration, especially in how migrants adapt and fight for their rights, but at the same time keeping and promoting their roots and cultures. Working as a project officer in GOH-Migrant, an independent unit under the Garden of Hoper Foundation, has given her a chance to connect herself to a broad and more diverse migrant society in Taiwan. She is currently in charge of an international student empowerment program called T10 Assembly. The purpose of the program is to build a platform, increase diversified collaboration, connect students to Taiwan's NGOs and social issue stakeholders.
