Bin used to work as a hotel receptionist for three years. Through an internship, he taught basic law knowledge and workshops related to law concerns among members of rural villages. In 2012 he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Law in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR then started working at the people’s prosecutor office responsible for lawsuits, especially civil cases, as an officer for its IT Support and Information Center. In 2019, he started working at @Mylibrary, and was responsible for helping library users. He taught, created workshops and contests, and was part of the law support team. Recently, he became Lao deputy director of the library. He is also the co-founder and president of MALAO Studios in Luang Prabang since 2016, responsible for managing classes, workshops, exhibitions, and other activities, being on law support, and coordinating with the government for the studios.
